هاد التكوين يقدّم للاطلاع فرصة لدعم الامم المتحدة في عملها في حقوق الانسان، خصوصا بالنسبة لمشروع محاسبة سري لانكا. يشترط شهادة جامعية على الأقل ولفظة انجليزية سليمة. التكوين مقره جنيف، سويسرا، ويستمر لمدة ستة أشهر.
