تدعم منحة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المستقبل لمؤسسة شلمرجر 2027/2028 النساء من الاقتصادات النامية والناشئة لمواصلة الدراسة للحصول على درجة الدكتوراه أو البحث ما بعد الدكتوراه في مجالات العلوم والهندسة والتكنولوجيا والرياضيات. يوفر البرنامج حتى 50,000 دولار أمريكي سنويًا للدورات الدكتوراه و40,000 دولار أمريكي لبرامج البحث ما بعد الدكتوراه. يجب أن تكون المرشحات مواطنات في دول ذات دخل منخفض أو متوسط حيث تكون النساء مُستثمرات بشكل غير كافٍ في التخصصات العلمية والهندسية.
